Chintan Shah
Chintan Shah, aged 44 years, is an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company, appointed on July 10, 2025. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (1999), a Bachelor of Engineering from Vidyavardhini’s College of Engineering and Technology, University of Mumbai (2002), and a Diploma in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (2005). With strong technical expertise and business acumen, he brings a blend of engineering and management skills to the Board. He is currently a Partner at Chemo Fab Industries LLP and also serves as an Independent Director at Arihant Academy.

Anil Kapasi
Anil Kapasi, aged 53 years, is an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company, appointed on July 10, 2025. With over 32 years of experience in the coaching industry, he has significantly contributed to shaping young minds. A B.Sc. Physics graduate from D. G. Ruparel College (1993) and B.Ed. from Mumbai University (1998), he began his career as an Algebra and Physics teacher at J. B. Khot School, Borivali East. Today, he serves as the Head of the Science Section and is the Founder & Managing Director of Arihant Academy, bringing educational vision and leadership to Modis Navnirman.
